Hiss and Ketchup, the pointer! Love this photo, it was all part of acclimatising her to her surroundings! The peregrine rather than the pointer!
Before I took her on, I had no idea there was so much involved in falconry. All the trickier as she was a fully wild bird.

This morning this photo popped
up on my feed and reminded me of my journey with Hiss the Falcon, it was the first time she flew any distance to my fist. It was such an amazing experience to train a
wild peregrine and I can't help but wonder where she is now!

As the winter solstice is fast approaching we'd like to take the opportunity to thank all those who have helped to make this season a success. There have been both ups and downs but it has been an exciting year. The support from friends, family and locals has been overwhelming and a special thanks goes to all our lovely customers, we couldn't have done it without you.
We are looking forward to getting back on the water next season!

Even though we are not on the water at the moment, you might still see some of these little moulters around if you are walking the cliffs. They are hugely entertains to watch and there are always a few late pups born on November.
