We have been seeing the Ramsey island peregrine falcons fairly consistently this year. We have a bit of a soft spot for the peregrine, as skipper/director Ffion rescued a drowning peregrine from the north bay of Ramsey in the summer of 2013. She worked closely with the bird for months to discover why she had her initial accident that led to her being in the sea, and to bring her back up to strength to be released into the wild. When Ffi went to found the company, there was really only one name in mind, Falcon Boats. Every time we see a peregrine, we always wonder if it is Hiss, the bird Ffi rescued.
