What we do

We love to share Pembrokeshire’s beautiful islands, coastline and stunning wildlife with our visitors, and we do this by providing scheduled boat tours on the St David’s peninsula.

We also provide bespoke boat trips that can include the following, or more. Please get in touch with us to arrange one of these.

  • Artist’s boat trips – for landscape and wildlife painters, photographers and writers.
  • Filming – we have many years experience skippering boats for film crews off the Pembrokeshire coast and elsewhere.  Programmes Ffion has skippered for include Country File, Country Wise, Land of Dreams and Harry Potter.
  • Please contact us for more details.

Our ethos

Our ethos is conservation through education.  We believe that by introducing people to the natural beauty on our doorstep and helping them learn about the diverse marine life that inhabits this coastal realm, a connectional will be fostered that inspires all to conserve and protect. To quote Kris Tomkins, a founder of Patagonia National Park, “I think first and foremost, people only protect the things they love. And you can’t love something unless you inherently identify with it”.

We are dedicated to responsible and ethical wildlife watching. Our skippers are WISE accredited as well as being members of the Pembrokeshire Marine Code.  We work closely with RSPB and other conservation groups to ensure you get the very best wildlife experience without causing disturbance.  With over 20 years experience of running wildlife trips we know the environment and its different species intimately, so not only do we know the best places to find them, but also the signs to look out for to ensure we do not disturb them.

“It seems to me that the natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest. It is the greatest source of so much in life that makes life worth living.”
