Back to reality... For the last 2 weeks Hannah (@slightly_salty_ ) been at @camyoga for the 1st part of her yoga teacher training. Having spent hours every day practising yoga, breaking down poses, teaching, learning so so much, meeting great people and generally skiving off work, tomorrow we are sending her back out to sea, back on the boat. So come and book a trip tomorrow, and maybe bring her snacks to ease her back into the swing of things! :) The weather is looking beautiful, come and enjoy Pembrokeshire's coast at its best.
