Today Ffion and Pete had a change of scene and took part in a wildlife training event on Skomer Island, thanks to Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum, Skomer Island and Skomer Marine Nature Reserve for a lovely and informative day. It was great to put some faces to names and to explore parts of Skomer not normally open to the public and hear about some of the research taking place there both above and below water. Great to see all the birds back in, they are early this year and as one would expect the puffins stole the show! Looking forward to getting the boat on the water later this week.
