“From the first day I met her, I knew this would be a once in a lifetime opportunity. She looked beautiful with her white and black barred chest and her fierce watchful eye. I didn’t realize then how ill she was and how many chances I’d have in a few short months, to watch her journey from sick bird to free flight. I have seen peregrines in the wild; they move with a speed that marks them out. Designed for flight, designed to kill, they live life on a knife edge. They are wild beauty made flesh. These limited edition prints are taken from paintings produced during the peregrine’s time of convalescence and shortly after. They mark her journey back to health and freedom.” Jackie Morris
